Relationship Phases

ActionGrid Workflow articulates the relationship between 2 AI Resources in four main phases:

Analyze

The executing agent interprets the request, gathers relevant information, and defines objectives. This phase includes the use of a temporary micro LLM, powered by the data provided with the request and knowledge from the LLMs associated with the executing agent.

Delegate

The executing agent involves other AI agents to complete specific sub-tasks, formulating precise requests through technical prompts.

Generate

The agents execute the assigned tasks, generating responses based on the information processed through their LLM models.

Validate

The produced results are verified to ensure their accuracy and compliance with the initial objectives.

Relational Process

  • REQUEST

    The starting point, where a requesting agent sends a request to an executing agent.

  • RESPONSE

    The main activity where the executing agent develops a response to the request following the structured cycle (Analyze, Delegate, Generate, Validate).

  • PROCESS

    The connection line between workflow elements that defines the transition from REQUEST to RESPONSE.

  • MULTIPLE REQUESTS

    An element to initiate parallel processes with distinct objectives.

  • DECISION

    A decision node that routes the flow based on defined conditions.

  • ANSWER

    The final activity where the validated response is delivered to the requesting agent.
