What is Actiongrid?
ActionGrid is a Enterprise AI company building the definitive patient relationship layer for the healthcare industry. We are not just another HealthTech app; we are a strategic platform provider that empowers large healthcare organizations to build deeper, more effective relationships with their patients through our proprietary AI technology.
Please describe your product or service
ActionGrid provides an AI-powered patient relationship platform. Our flagship Dr. Guido mobile app is a B2C tool that builds an empathetic data moat. This data fuels our core B2B business, offering Custom APIs to health companies for seamless integration into their platforms, and a Corporate AI Doctor application for the corporate welfare market. This dual model creates a synergistic ecosystem for sustainable growth.
What problem(s) do you solve?
ActionGrid solves the problem of an overburdened healthcare system that cannot meet the growing demand for immediate and accessible information. We directly address the stress and anxiety patients face when they have health questions, providing an empathetic first point of contact. Unlike competitors focused solely on diagnosis, our platform provides a proprietary, empathetic "relationship layer" that builds trust and personalizes the user experience. We also enable enterprise partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities without needing to develop them in-house, all while creating a unique and defensible data moat.
Who are your target customers or target market?
ActionGrid's primary target market is the B2B healthcare and corporate welfare sectors, selling its custom APIs and a tailored Corporate AI Doctor product to companies. The Dr. Guido mobile app has a worldwide market, but its user acquisition will primarily be driven by corporate partners who provide a personalized, premium version of the app to their employees. This strategic approach creates a powerful and scalable ecosystem for growth.
What is your current customer adoption? Do you have any clients yet? If so, who are they and what have you done with them?
Distribution of our B2B platform begins in September 2025, with an initial focus on the Italian market before expanding to Europe and globally. We have already established commercial traction, having secured MioID as a client, with negotiations underway with other Health Providers. The Dr. Guido mobile app is already live with strong global organic traction, available on the App Store and Google Play in many countries and supporting dialogue in over 100 languages.
Who are your competitors and what differentiates you from them?
Based on our competitive analysis, ActionGrid's competitors are not monolithic but fall into distinct archetypes. For the core B2B Custom API business, a key competitor is Mediktor, a pure B2B API-first company from Spain. For the Corporate Welfare market, a notable competitor is ELTY, an Italian company. What differentiates ActionGrid is its strategic focus on being a specialized "patient relationship layer" rather than a general AI engine or a telemedicine service. This strategy is fueled by a proprietary data moat, a unique asset collected through our worldwide consumer app. While Mediktor sells a tactical "inference engine," ActionGrid sells a strategic layer that uses relational data to make its platform intrinsically smarter and more defensible. Similarly, unlike ELTY's focus on live chat and video calls with human doctors, our solution is built on AI and a scalable B2B2C model, making us a scalable and a more innovative partner in the long run. The direct partnership with Google Health also provides a technological foundation and credibility that many competitors lack.
How do you acquire your customers?
We acquire our B2B customers through a dual-channel strategy: "Direct-to-Lead" and "Event-Driven". The "Direct-to-Lead" funnel uses digital content, particularly on LinkedIn, to generate leads by addressing common operational pain points. This digital strategy culminates in a request for a personalized demo or strategic workshop. The "Event-Driven" channel focuses on exclusive, high-value physical events to engage key prospects and build trust, which is essential for complex B2B sales.
This entire process is supported by an intelligent automation framework that uses AI agents to identify, qualify, and brief leads, allowing the human sales team to focus on high-value interactions.
What is the management team like?
Our team is a potent blend of seasoned leadership and elite technical talent. It is led by founders with deep expertise in data-driven digital marketing, Enterprise commercialization, and AI product development.
This experienced core is complemented by top-tier AI architects and engineers from Europe's leading universities. We have the right balance of vision and execution capability to dominate this market.
Describe your team's governance and management?
Our team governance is structured for dynamic growth, blending seasoned leadership with agile execution. The company is initially led by a sole director with over 30 years of experience in managing small companies and assisting CEOs of large groups. Our goal is to establish a Board of Directors within the second half of the first year, following the training and empowerment of our operational co-founders.
We operate using the Scrum methodology, with 15-day sprints that include regular department and general meetings to evaluate performance and plan for the future. This modern, innovative work model is designed to ensure organizational scalability and efficiency, making us ready to grow. Our hybrid approach, where AI agents handle production tasks under the guidance of human experts, also boosts efficiency and scalability.
Does Actiongrid have Intellectual Property?
Yes. Our intellectual property extends beyond traditional patents. Our core IP is our proprietary AI orchestration platform and, most critically, the unique, ever-growing dataset generated by the Dr. Guido app.
This "Data Moat" is a highly defensible and appreciating asset that constitutes the foundation of our long-term competitive advantage.
What is your strategy for the complex regulatory landscape in HealthTech?
This is a cornerstone of our strategy and a key use of funds. The current AI healthcare landscape is an evolving regulatory frontier. We see this not as a barrier, but as an opportunity to build a powerful regulatory moat.
Our strategy is to proactively pursue the highest standards of compliance to build trust and defensibility.
A primary allocation of our pre-seed capital is dedicated to achieving critical certifications, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and Medical Device Regulation (MDR).
Attaining these certifications will not only be a compliance milestone but a core product differentiator, making our platform exceptionally difficult for competitors to replicate and positioning ActionGrid as the trusted leader in the market.
